We broke down on the motorway during our holiday and ended up getting towed here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and let us hang out in the waiting area until we got picked up.

We broke down on motorway we are English, we was recovered by a very nice man called dragan, who managed to find us new tyres and sent on our way excellent service.

While traveling from the Gironde for an administrative appointment that we had to attend, our alternator broke down. We found this garage (the closest) for towing, the repairman told us "but what are you doing here it's dangerous" as if we had decided to break down there... arrived at the garage, they ordered the part for 1 p.m., the delivery man forgot to validate the order. Delivery at 4 p.m., the part was not the right one and we were told it would only be available the next day. (We had to leave for the Gironde with a 1 hour 45 minute drive) the friendliness of the welcome apart from the two free coffees, that's all we will remember. Not an ounce of empathy even though we were friendly all the way, we didn't bother them during our 9:30 a.m. wait!!! at the garage to learn that we had to call a taxi. And what's more, given our situation (not in the region, a mandatory appointment, polite, friendly, smiling, we tell them about the breakdown, we're not bothered... we leave them alone, we wait 9:30) and we receive a quote of €377 (which we have no choice but to sign because the car needs to be repaired) and we are charged €25 deposit for the broken alternator, no offer to lend a vehicle to go to the appointment... and when we have to pick up our vehicle (the next day), they ask them for a little extra 30 minutes so that we can organize ourselves, I'm told that 30 minutes more after closing time is a lot. It's true that between the two errors from the supplier, the lack of communication, the 9:30 waiting (for nothing) and €377 bill including €200 for the alternator when on the internet it is €120; That's not much... we believe that the commercial aspect is not a priority at this garage, but rather the customers' wallets. We hope not, but if it happens again (breakdown), we certainly won't choose this garage again. Reply to the Owner, Mr. Couralet. Your response only reflects your own interests, not those of the customer. I mentioned the breakdown driver's behavior, not the insurance situation, nor the towing to your garage. Repatriating the vehicle was more expensive than the repair itself. I said yes at €377 to have it repaired at your garage. I was told 1 p.m., then the delivery was late and incorrect. Again, I'm not talking about your workshop manager, but the supplier. Furthermore, what you were talking about regarding the taxi was only for my return home, not for leisure or administrative travel. But your employees didn't have the common sense or business sense, given the situation THE supplier had put us in, to compensate for the fact that we were without a vehicle. The vehicle rental wasn't covered, of course, but the pricing they threw at me, telling me that this rate isn't for us, as if we were outcasts who arrived from Gironde and unfortunately broke down at your place. I think that for commercial reasons, and especially exceptionally, it would have been wise to offer us the "local" rate, i.e., €15/day including tax, just for a few hours. In short, you'll always win your case and get answers to everything, given previous feedback. So I'll stop there, but know, Dear Mr. Couralet, that your garage, you can be sure, will not have a good reputation. On that note, I won't say goodbye to you soon.

Following the purchase of a Berlingo MPV in October 2025, I experienced a mechanical problem with the AdBlue system after one month of use. The customer service process was very satisfactory, as Citroën covered part of the bill, and the remaining, larger portion was settled promptly by the Couralet garage in Aire-sur-l'Adour. I should add that this incident was not covered by the warranty. I sincerely thank and highly recommend the management of this garage for their professionalism and reliability. M.JP. Rousseau
