It started off very well, with excellent contact with a woman named "Ludivine," I believe, and also in December with a friendly gentleman, clearly the owner. We had an appointment scheduled 2-3 weeks prior, and ultimately, no loaner car was available when needed, even though we had planned for one, and no towing was offered for yet another breakdown two days later... Furthermore, we were very displeased with the secretary's threatening responses to an elderly gentleman who was in dispute with them. (We called at the wrong time...) and as far as we're concerned, what was good was before... Not to mention the promised phone call that never happened; we had to follow up the next day... Simply apologizing, or better yet, explaining things clearly, greatly improves customer satisfaction.
