Very pleased with the service and assistance received from this garage. Had an engine warning light come on and sudden loss of power whist driving to Confolens. Went directly to the mechanics and asked if they would plug the car into the diagnostics and see what the problem was and whether I would need to book an appointment.
They diagnosed it as a software fault, they had
seen a few of the same errors both on Citroens and others. Downloaded and installed the new software there and then. All now seems fine.
Thanks to the mechanics who were happy to help.

Do not go to this garage, go somewhere else. They are rude, incompetent and time wasters. They were supposed to fix our car and decided that they didn't want to because they didn't have the knowledge! This was after month's of to-ing and fro-ing with the insurance company. They didn't even bother to ring us and let us know that they had been authorised to go ahead with the repair and didn't inform the insurance company that they had decided not to fix it. I only gave them 1 star because I have to to leave feedback.

The best garage I have ever used, both in France and uk, friendly helpful and complete work with satisfaction, have been a customer here since 2005, English is spoken which is an added benefit when trying to explain any issues, no hesitation in recommending this garage, thanks very much.
