Move on, this isn't my first time in this store. I'd already noticed the exorbitant prices, almost double those on some websites, but today I needed my part quickly, so I came back out of necessity...
Extremely cold reception, and I really felt like I was intruding, even though I said hello three times... anyway, let's move on...
I came to buy rear brake pads, and they quoted me €50 a pair, supposedly the cheapest, for a completely unknown brand...
I quickly looked online and found Brembo brake pads for €22, so I decided to cancel my purchase from these scammers.
This completely displeased the "salesperson," who told me I was disturbing his work, bordering on insulting 😳... So, in fact, in this store, you're not allowed to change your mind; it seems to me that the customer should be able to make their own choice. In any case, my choice is made: never again. It's a shame I work for a company with 50 employees in Guéret, and I'm going to pass on the message to them to avoid this place.
