While on vacation in the North, we ran out of coolant. The Renault garage in Arleux took care of everything: warm welcome, efficiency, and speed, even though we weren't a regular customer. A garage we can recommend with complete confidence.

Hello,
I've come in several times for an emergency repair. The workshop staff is always attentive, pleasant, and checks if they can resolve the issue immediately and recommends an appointment if necessary.
I was able to drop off my car the first time for work on my wheels. The work was perfect, and the price was competitive compared to other garages that had performed the same repair, which was also a failure.
The reception staff is pleasant and accommodating.
Following an MOT, they even offered me a diagnostic check so I could replace only what was necessary.
I'd even add that if there's a wait, both the receptionist and the manager are attentive.
A garage on a human scale. It still exists!

I highly recommend this garage, which has a friendly, personal touch. The welcome and advice are excellent, from the office staff to the mechanics – something that's becoming increasingly rare these days.
The prices are reasonable and the service is top-notch.
