Our car got stuck in the mud during a roadtrip in the South of France and our car started vibrating. We took our car to a service shop and they changed our tires but didn’t fix the problem. Then we went to the Volkswagen service shop and within 5 minutes they removed the mud and fixed the problem. We are very pleased with the fast turn around and great service!
