A disastrous experience at this Renault dealership.
Promises of a callback? Never kept. I had to call back again and again to get any answers; apparently, calling a customer back has become optional.
Listening to the customer? Clearly, an optional skill.
The customer service is impressively indifferent: no consideration, no follow-up, no listening. You really get the feeling that once the sale is made, the customer is no longer important. No serious effort, no desire to solve problems, no professionalism, and it makes you wonder why you buy from private sellers.
Frankly, if you value your time, your patience, and your money: avoid this dealership at all costs! You can find much better elsewhere.
One star because we have to give one, but otherwise, zero!

Very professional from booking the appointment to returning the vehicle.
Excellent welcome, quick and simple procedures, a clean and decent loaner vehicle, and very reasonable prices. I feel confident using them again for future work on their various vehicles.

Clio purchased from you in February 2025. November 2025: lambda sensor cable damaged by a rodent. Estimate: €480. €178 at another garage. Avoid at all costs. My daughter went to the garage alone. Perhaps this explains it! An angry father

Bad experience. Car dropped off for a coolant leak. We picked it up: no coolant inside! Having trusted this garage, we realized it after making several trips several days later... Another point: since we picked up the car, it had been making a strange noise. In fact, a piece of metal hadn't been screwed back in place by the person who had worked on our car! We went to a competitor who repaired the clumsiness or oversights (dangerous nonetheless) of this garage's technicians... And who gained new customers.
One mistake, at most, is fine, but two mistakes that jeopardize the car, and even more so our safety: no way.
