I give 5 stars to "Peugeot Rapide" for its warm and professional customer service, but I give 0 stars to the reception staff. A blonde woman wouldn't let me speak and insisted my appointment was at 9:00 AM, even though I showed her Peugeot had sent me an appointment reminder for 8:30 AM. The tall, gray-haired salesman also didn't listen and sent me on a haphazard, unconvincing journey. A feeling of unease washed over me; all I wanted was to get away from this chaos. I was planning to change my car soon, and switching dealerships will be easier...
