I'm sharing my experience with this garage, which was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I left my car there for repairs, and it sat for ten days without any updates. I had to call three times to get any information, which isn't excessive. Despite this, I was accused of "harassing" them. Yet, professionals have a legal obligation to provide information (Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code): they must inform customers of any delays, postponements, and changes to the service. This obligation was never fulfilled. It was only after insistence that I was informed of a delay in receiving parts, but without ever taking the initiative to notify me, even though this is a basic requirement in this field. Upon returning the car, I was told that the loaner car had been given to me with a full tank of gas. However, I found it with only 620 km of range remaining, whereas I had brought it in with 720 km (photo proof). Therefore, 100 km of range was missing, which they downplayed by telling me it was "only €15". This isn't about the amount, but about transparency and respect for the customer. I had asked them to reattach the fallen rearview mirror. The service was performed, but never validated for billing. Yet, when I requested a refund for the missing range, they tried to charge me for this service, which is contrary to Article L121-17 of the French Consumer Code, which prohibits charging for any service not clearly and previously agreed to by the customer. The garage manager then became aggressive: she called me “unpleasant” and “acting in bad faith,” told me to “never set foot in here again,” and—particularly shockingly—stated that if I had a breakdown on the road and my insurance company needed to call out the roadside assistance covered by my policy, she would make sure the service wouldn't cover my vehicle. I find these remarks unacceptable, especially since a company has no right to interfere with an insurance company's obligations. Finally, I would like to remind you that the garage is obligated to deliver a vehicle in the condition promised (Article 1604 of the French Civil Code, obligation of delivery in conformity with the contract): the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was handed over, including the fuel level and range. Furthermore, I would also like to point out that the bodywork needs attention: the bumper, which has been repaired, already shows visible defects in the paint. For a service that was supposed to be professional, the result is clearly subpar, and this adds another negative point to the overall experience. Between the complete lack of communication, the lack of information, the aggressive attitude, the attempts at unjustified billing, the return of the vehicle with insufficient battery life, and the threats regarding roadside assistance, my experience was poor, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

The garage was commissioned by the insurance company to recover the car. Being on vacation, I didn't know where to get my car repaired, so I kindly asked them if it was possible. As a result, the car was repaired very quickly and I am very satisfied with the service, thank you to them.

We went away for a weekend 400km from home, and we broke down. A very nice person came to help us on Saturday morning. Since Monday was a holiday, I contacted them again on Tuesday. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. This is the first garage I've ever seen that's so cheap, and especially that refuels! I recommend it and thank you again! Clarification following other reviews: I have a Renault Clio 4, so I also do repairs on other brands.
