Hello, at the Peugeot Beaucaire garage, the salesman Franck Dussin is professional, very friendly, and responsive. He replies to emails and texts immediately. I purchased a used 2018 Peugeot 5008 in near-new condition. The cosmetic and mechanical preparation, along with a complete service, was impeccable. Following an initial review posted a few weeks ago (deleted to write this one, but added a photo), I'm revising my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Let me explain: I bought a 508 BlueHDI at the end of August. At the beginning of November, the orange service light came on. I contacted an authorized garage in my area, who told me it wasn't too serious, just the cerine reservoir (sorry for the spelling, I'm not sure of the exact wording). Following this diagnosis, I called the new Soreva garage to get an explanation for the ongoing problem, asking why the cerine fluid level hadn't been checked during the vehicle's preparation. The garage told me that since there's no visual or electronic gauge, the check isn't mandatory and that the Spoticar warranty linked to the vehicle purchase doesn't cover this issue. We requested a goodwill gesture and warranty coverage from the garage through their insurance, as the vehicle has traveled less than 5,000 km since the sale, within just two months. Following this request, the garage rejected our claim and stated that no goodwill gesture would be made. Ultimately, the bill came to over €600 for replacing the Eolys fluid reservoir, replacing the injector, and topping up the fluid. After contacting the mechanic who performed the repairs, we were informed that the warranty linked to the purchase has expired, even though the 8-month period hasn't yet passed. The warranty is supposed to end on April 27, 2026. I'm beginning to realize that the new Soreva garage is only interested in making sales and profits, and that all the previous comments about their disastrous after-sales service are indeed justified. I strongly advise against using this garage.
