I've been using this dealership for over two years for maintenance on my Fords.

On Monday, July 7, 2025, I called the Ford dealership in Blois to get a quote for a timing belt replacement on my Fiesta 1.25 petrol.
The head of the mechanical department asked me to come to the workshop with my vehicle registration document so they could prepare the quote.
When I arrived at 9:00 AM, someone asked for my registration document and gave me a rough estimate: €2,000 for the timing belt replacement on this model, just based on the document.
I asked for a more precise quote.
He made a photocopy of my registration document and asked me to write down my phone number and email address.
At the end of the day, I called the workshop again, and they told me they hadn't had time.
That the quote would be prepared the next day. On July 17, 2025, I called the workshop and spoke to a woman. When I explained the situation, she embarrassed and told me he was working on it. On July 18, 2025, still nothing. Avoid at all costs. Unreliable workshop. A waste of time.
