I went to this garage, which wasn't a partner of my car insurance company, to have my vehicle repaired.
So I was a little apprehensive, but the convenient location and my initial contact put me at ease.
In the end, I'm completely satisfied. My car came back looking as good as new! The garage was very accommodating with the loaner car, and I really appreciated the communication regarding the progress of my claim.
In short, I recommend them; they're a friendly and professional garage!

A warm welcome, an efficient and highly professional team. Thank you to the mechanical service managers. I had a major problem with my Peugeot 208 (mechanical issues). They lent me a brand new car. The problems were resolved by the end of the day, and I left with my car and clear explanations. Thank you for this professionalism, which many garages should emulate. I recommend this garage 200%!

A warm, trustworthy, and professional place, with a welcoming smile 😃 from Claire and her colleagues, whom I won't forget, and from the manager and his team. My car was in an accident on May 5, 2025, and living in the 74 (Haute-Savoie), no garage would take it. It had to be sent to the Isère department, with the help, of course, of the expert from Idéa who recommended VBCR. They repaired my badly damaged vehicle; it took two months, but what a joy to have it back today! I can't thank VBCR enough for their kindness and professionalism. If you're not too far from them, my advice is to go there; I highly recommend them. However, I strongly advise against any garage in the 74.
