This company is unreliable. You call them on Monday about glow plugs, and they confirm they have them in stock. You ask them to set them aside, and they refuse. I call them Thursday morning to confirm: "Do you still have them in stock?" They say yes. I ask again if they can reserve them for me and go back at 2 PM, and they refuse again. I go back at 2 PM, and this time they tell me they only have three out of four glow plugs in stock, even though their inventory showed four. I had an appointment with my mechanic at 3 PM. Prenza, take a page from your competitor Floraud's book, because at least they reserve parts for their customers like I did with Auto Distribution.
