I bought my vehicle from this dealership 5 years ago, where I was very well received.
I came back to buy another vehicle, but I was very poorly treated. They didn't even take the time to show me some of the vehicles, simply judging my budget. I found that limiting.
Fortunately, not everyone is like them. I found what I wanted elsewhere, too bad for them, but I won't advertise anything ;)

A warm welcome and excellent service.
While on vacation in the region, our new Golf (around 2,000 km) ran out of engine oil.
The garage took care of it immediately and topped it up, all free of charge.
I highly recommend this garage for its professionalism.

Huge disappointment. While on vacation in the region, I wanted to take advantage of my visit to have a possible problem with a Golf 8 DSG gearbox diagnosed.
I called the first time two weeks before coming to the region: I was told the workshop would call me back. No response.
I called a second time: same promise, still nothing.
Third attempt: I got the answering machine, left a one-minute message... and again, total silence.
Finally, I went to the location. There was no parking available in front of it—which was all the more problematic given the busy and dangerous road in that area.
In short: a lack of professionalism, a complete lack of follow-up, and difficult access. A frankly disappointing experience...
