My parents bought me a used car from this garage, and supposedly, according to the owner, everything was perfect... After a few months, there was a problem with the linkage. The manager denied it, telling my father it wasn't his fault but mine because I drive a lot and don't take care of my car. So, we're having the repairs done at my expense.
Twelve months later, my father asked me for the vehicle registration document (carte grise) to make a copy. I thought it was in the glove compartment with all the car's paperwork. Not finding it, we called the garage and asked if they knew where it was. This so-called professional explained that the document had been returned to the prefecture twice because of errors and that he was waiting for it to arrive at the garage. After 15 days, still no response from the mechanic. My mother had to call angrily to get the document, which the mechanic finally received after three weeks.
So, if my father hadn't asked me for the registration document, I wouldn't have known I didn't have one and had been driving without it for 12 months!
Do you find this acceptable behavior from a so-called professional?
Conclusion: This mechanic is dishonest and a crook! TO BE FRUITED!!

I called this garage, which I didn't know, by chance, because the "STOP" light with the message "RISK OF ENGINE BREAKAGE" had come on on my dashboard. My car needed repairing urgently. They immediately took note of my comments, unlike other garages, and I brought my vehicle in the same day to have the breakdown examined. I received a very warm and friendly welcome. The workshop manager brought my car into the workshop and gave me very frank and detailed information about the report. He even had me driven home, 4 km away. The next day, the accounting secretary called me to tell me that my car was repaired and ready.
So today, I must congratulate all the staff at this garage, especially the workshop manager, who was very efficient, and the secretary, who was very kind and also provided me with extensive information. These are qualities so rare these days. I really appreciated the welcome and the frank and sincere exchanges I received in this small garage, unlike other large garages where human contact is lacking.
Thanks again to all the staff I met during this visit!

I came to this place to rent a vehicle when mine broke down, sent by assistance. The secretary waited for us so that we had a vehicle immediately. The loaner vehicle was pleasant and of high quality. The welcome was friendly. I reported our satisfaction to our insurance. Thank you for everything.

Very disappointed.
After a service three weeks ago, they didn't mention a clutch problem, but it broke down on Thursday, August 2nd.
So it was towed, and I asked them to call me back.
I called myself late Thursday afternoon, and the manager told me he hadn't had time to look at it yet and would call me back the next day.
No call. 🙄
I called twice more with no answer, thinking maybe Monday. 😌 This morning, Monday the 5th, I called again, and a recorded message told me the garage is closed until August 21st. 😬
I tried calling Renault Perpignan, part of the Chabrier group (the same group as Canohès), but it's not their problem...
To top it all off, we were planning to buy a hybrid soon, but I think it won't be our first choice given the after-sales service. 🤮
