I shouldn’t give them not even one star. Very bad experience after choosing them from the list of the partners of my assurance. One of the secretary is rude and she is not professional at all. Very bad attitude, she doesn’t know the assurance companies she is working with; she is not even excusing herself for making me come for nothing, because of her incompetence. Dont’t make the mistake to choose them!!

Following an accident, they took my car for destruction. They told me they'd take care of the administrative procedures and made me sign the paperwork. I discovered with shock six months later, when I called them repeatedly to try to obtain the certificate of destruction, that they never finalized the sales papers on the ANTS website or the vehicle destruction, that my car is still with them AND in my name due to their administrative incompetence.
It's an old garage from the 1970s that doesn't know how to use a computer, the staff is extremely unpleasant, and they don't do their job. Run away!

I do not recommend this garage.
They don't take the time to listen to the customer.
I called them to schedule an appointment after having an expert conduct a diagnostic check following an accident.
The woman on the phone didn't even take the time to listen to me explain the problem.
The only response was, "We'll call you back in three months."
They need to learn to speak properly and listen to the customer.
