I had an appointment on November 20th for repairs to my rear bumper. It's a 30-minute drive from my house to the garage, and they told me they couldn't take my car because they had no loaner vehicles left. Five or six cars had their repairs completed, but the owners weren't picking up their vehicles, leaving other customers stranded. And since the garage's hours didn't work with my schedule, I ended up having to come back two weeks later.
This morning (December 4th), I called before coming to make sure they had a loaner car. I arrived, and sure enough, they had a loaner car, very clean and in perfect condition. I left my car there for some damage to the rear bumper. My car is a glossy gray. I was supposed to pick it up tomorrow or Friday, but... I dropped it off at 10:30 AM and got it back at 6:00 PM. The work is PERFECT. The paint job is identical to the original; there's no more visible damage on my rear bumper. And my car is immaculate (thanks for the quick clean 💐).
Despite my initial mishap, the story has a perfectly happy ending.
Furthermore, this is the second time I've dealt with this garage for bodywork (the first time was for a white Clio 2; a woman hit me and accused her 13-year-old daughter of not telling her I was yielding to an emergency vehicle), and I also received a loaner car that was spotless, and the bodywork looked brand new in the end.
When I see some of the negative reviews about the paint jobs, I find it really strange.
For my part, I wholeheartedly recommend this garage. THANKS again. 💐 Have a wonderful holiday season 🎄

Apres 5 passages en carrosseries, pour faire les réparations car le professionnel a oublié tel et tel éléments.. ils n’ont pas tout de suite fait le nécessaire correctement j’ai dû me déplacer plusieurs fois pour avoir un semblant de réparations correct. Mais franchement pas du tout satisfait. Je ne vais pas dire que c’est du vol mais honnêtement je n’amènerai plus jamais mon véhicule la bas. Je préfère avancer les frais et être satisfait du rendu. Ah oui j’oubliais… les éléments repeints ont une grande différence de teinte avec les autres éléments non peints, sois disant d'après le carrossier en chef « cela est normal la peinture est ancienne alors que celle ci est neuve » je ne suis pas pro mais trouver la couleur exacte est un métier. Si vous ne voulez pas être dégouté et déçu fuyez cette carrosserie. Si je pouvais mettre zero étoile je le ferai.
