We set off on a long trip with our campervan and broke down in the beautiful city of Carcassonne. I was very satisfied with the services of this garage. Unprofessional garage. I called for an appointment for an "ADBlue alert" with a safety alert at 350 km. On the phone, they confirmed I was lying because this type of alert occurred "as early as 2,500 km." I told them the alert had arrived the day before, with the same remaining mileage (350), which they didn't believe and "offered" me an appointment three weeks later. (Since I was working, the car's safety alert was inevitable with such a long delay.) I went elsewhere: Citroën in Limoux, who were very attentive. They reset the onboard computer, saw the alert date, which matched what I was saying (even though they themselves thought the alert was late), and explained that the heat was the possible cause, and that if the alert returned, we should come back to reset the onboard computer while we waited for the repair appointment. The fault has not recurred yet. There are ways to speak on the phone and to accept what a potential customer may have to say. You were rude and disrespectful, both the mechanic and the secretary.

Since 2019, they've been servicing my car. I called to say the engine light had come on, and they gave me an appointment in 15 days. I asked what I should do about the car, and they told me not to drive it. I'm a business owner myself, and I'm not going to give you any publicity because other garages took my car, connected it to the computer, and it took 15 minutes. So, go elsewhere and find people who know how to answer the phone.
