Having trusted this garage for at least 20 years (vehicle purchases, servicing, various repairs, etc.), I'm used to the advice of a professional. Responsiveness, trustworthiness, a convenient location... So, with complete confidence, I went back, and what a shock! 510 euros for a service on a Kangoo, without changing the timing belt or tires. And on top of that, the windshield washer fluid reservoir was completely empty. Explanations that don't hold water, and then a call for brake disc and pad replacement, quoted at 600 euros. The vehicle inspection was recently carried out, with no issues noted... and more flimsy explanations. I simply wanted to warn the residents of Carquefou... as far as I'm concerned, I've made up my mind; I certainly won't be going back, and of course, the word has been passed around. Be vigilant.

For my part, I do not recommend it at all. I have had a problem with my window since May 2024. The window had been changed and the broken fasteners were replaced. However, the problem persisted. The window no longer lowered normally. It seemed that it was badly installed. I went there three times and was told that it worked well. Today again I had to return to this garage hoping that it was under warranty. As a result, the entire mechanism had to be replaced since it was damaged because the window was badly installed the first time. Not even a single gesture, even just on the labor. I do not recommend this garage.
