Very good auto repair shop.
Appointments are made quickly. The work performed meets my expectations; I've never had any problems following the repairs.
I'd like to point out the customer service, which is also very good, and that's just as important in my opinion. I was able to benefit from a loaner car during my last visit to the garage. A recent courtesy vehicle (even new, let's say) and with fuel, to boot! At least the Duballe garage doesn't make fun of its customers, and some garages in Chablis should follow their example.
I recommend it without hesitation.

We received excellent service. They provided roadside assistance following a blunder by Peugeot Auxerre, who are incompetent.
My advice: go to Mr. Duballe instead; he is professional and very welcoming (Peugeot garage in Chablis).

It's a shame we can't give more stars...
My car broke down late Wednesday afternoon. I was taken to a garage with appalling service (see my reviews)... I knocked on the door of this establishment just as they were about to close, and I was 300 km from home. They took the time to welcome me and take care of me after the numerous difficulties I had experienced. Their generosity and quality of service were exceptional. Despite closing time, they repaired my vehicle and promised I would leave that evening. I want to thank them again for their generosity, their commitment, and the quality of their work. I am delighted to have found them—professionals with human values. It's so rare, even unexpected.

It's a real pleasure to deal with true automotive professionals. They won't replace your alternator for a dead battery! Top-notch service! They understand their customers! The only good Peugeot dealership in the Yonne region. Go for it!
