My Ford Focus Touring, with 10,000 km on the clock, broke down at the entrance to Châlons-en-Champagne. I stopped at the first traffic light, and when I restarted it, I had no power and the engine was sputtering. I was in transit from Palaiseau to Strasbourg. Not knowing the city, I parked and looked online for a garage. After restarting, everything worked properly again for several hundred meters. When I arrived at the garage, the technician asked me if any warning lights were on. Yes, the engine light was on, but intermittently. He told me that if it wasn't on continuously, the diagnostic tool wouldn't show any faults. It was a bad start, but I hadn't counted on his professionalism and customer service. After a long search, he found the cause of my problem and went to great lengths to find the part I needed for the repair. It's a shame this garage is over 3 hours from my home because it's been a long time since I've been to a garage with such excellent service. I highly recommend this garage. I was able to get home without any problems and my engine is no longer showing any signs of weakness. A big thank you!

Not much to say except that the team is very professional and very honest about the repairs. The price is higher than in other garages but the quality is really there. 3 times I've come for my Ford Focus and I'm not disappointed
