Very, very, very bad experience.
Battery replacement.
The garage didn't have the software to reprogram the battery to the vehicle.
The garage's response: "Come in, we'll put the old battery back in (car broken down), we'll refund you, and tell you to go somewhere else!"

This garage is a disgrace to the brand. The service is terrible. For a Peugeot vehicle during servicing, the receptionist goes to see the mechanic to inform him, leaves you there for over 30 minutes, then just looks at you and he leaves.

I struggle to understand the positive reviews. Personally, I didn't even bother making an appointment because the person who answered the phone was so unpleasant and unprofessional.
