After going to several dealerships that quoted me exorbitant repair costs (pump replacement, AdBlue injector replacement, etc.),
at GRC Auto, they were transparent from start to finish. They didn't try to confuse me and clearly explained that the problem could be covered by the manufacturer.
The result: a simple software update fixed my problem, and I didn't pay a thing because it was covered by the manufacturer.
Professionalism, honesty, efficiency, and quick appointment scheduling: everything was perfect.
Honestly, it's a pleasure to find such a reliable garage.

I dropped in on a whim for a tire pressure issue, they diagnosed it in 10 minutes and I was on my way home 30 minutes later. Amazing, especially when you see the wait times some so-called auto centers offer; they ask you to come back the day after tomorrow!

Excellent garage, I highly recommend them. I had major repairs to do, and my usual garage took over a week to give me a quote. The whole team is incredibly kind, attentive, and very efficient. It's quite difficult when you're young and it's your first car, and for the first time, I didn't feel like I was at the bottom of their priority list. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
