The staff are very friendly and attentive. However, I was missing a "Electric Cars for Dummies" book; it's stressful navigating the charging jungle... where? when? and how? 😅

Parking is simply impossible. The building is impersonal. As for reception... well, there isn't any. I went to the parts/service department. I waited 20 minutes, ringing the bell as instructed, only to find an empty chair. Finally, a man arrived, and I asked for information on how to get a key/remote made for a 2001 vehicle. He looked at his computer and ended up telling me to go to a locksmith... I don't know what to think, really... In any case, I'm surprised and truly disappointed by the whole experience.
