I paid €1,600 for a cylinder head gasket... Result: my engine is destroyed, my car is out of order, beyond repair, and immobilized for over three years.
I've had a vehicle that's unusable for three years, I've been paying insurance for a car that no longer runs for three years, and I've had no solution or reimbursement for three years.
I tried to take legal action, but today I no longer have the financial means to pursue the matter with my lawyer. The garage has never given me a single cent back, even though I paid for work that literally killed my vehicle.
It's unacceptable and scandalous to find yourself in such a situation: paying so much, losing your car, continuing to pay your insurance... and being completely abandoned.

Very serious breakdown on my vehicle, rapid response, fault finding, diagnostic support, very good advice, the boss, the secretary and the mechanics are very professional people. Loan of a vehicle for 3 weeks. I highly recommend this garage. Thank you.

Be careful at the beginning very helpful very kind but with time he doesn't even make estimates anymore just gives a price like that at random and once the repair is done he adds 100 euros or 80.... Knowing that the job is poorly done in the end whereas at the beginning I had no problems! I ended up fixing it so as not to have any problems but to run away! Disappointed!

This garage is very accommodating, they squeeze in appointments whenever possible, and the manager and receptionist I dealt with were both excellent and explained everything very well! I highly recommend this garage!
