Not professional at all.
I explained my problem, supposedly resolved it... As a result, I went back to another garage two days later because the problem wasn't resolved. The garage wants to be paid but doesn't want to do the work properly. Run away!!!

A big thank you, we had the pleasure of having the workshop manager who knew how to take care of us.
Because after a trip to another garage, we had to replace our turbot. Finally, thanks to him, we were able to get back on the road for our vacation.

Very satisfied with my visit to Profil Plus Chaumont!
After a simple quote for a service, I got an appointment very quickly and was greeted with a smile by Johanna, which is always a pleasure.
I also ended up changing my tires, as one of them had a deep cut (a large gouge and significant wear) which the mechanic explained to me clearly. The team was very accommodating and transparent: you leave understanding exactly what was done to your car, which is reassuring.
As a bonus: they have a loyalty program! For a bill of €655.64, I already have €16.27 in my account to deduct from my next visit.
In short, delighted to have finally found a good garage in Chaumont. I highly recommend them!
