Having been looking for a vehicle for a few months, I came across an ad from the Amplitude group. I had a very good experience with the salesperson, who always responded quickly and provided clear answers. The vehicle delivery was quick, as I had a long drive back to Alsace, but I highly recommend this dealership! Looking forward to it, and thank you, Leo, for the warm welcome! Hugo

I don't know by what lucky or unlucky coincidence, but my previous comment disappeared, but it's important to me that my experience at your dealership be posted in the comments. My experience concerns the after-sales service: Passing through, on the way to vacation, we could no longer roll up the window, so we stopped at Ford in Chaumont. Arriving at the location at 11:15 a.m., a woman greeted us and told us we were lucky because a Ford technician was there 🎉. The man arrived, pressed the button, and gave us his best technician diagnosis: "It's not working," and he left. We realized that we could apply to work at Ford as a technician, as we had observed the same thing. From there, we explained to the woman that the vehicle was under warranty, and she replied, "We can take care of it, but not before mid-September." We explain that we bought it in Dordogne, so it's a long way away, and that we understand that the repair cannot be carried out, but we politely ask if the window can at least be reassembled. From there, this "professional" laughs in my face and says "but Madam, do you know how long it takes to strip a door?". From there, we understand that we will get nothing from them, we call back the dealership where we bought it who directs us to Vesoul. Here, everything is different. They take the urgency into consideration, and even if the repair can't be done, because they have the same constraints as in Chaumont: no parts, no staff because it's August, an already very busy schedule, they welcome us without disdain, with a smile, and even apologize because there will be a bit of a wait... In short, you'll have understood, nothing to do with this Chaumont dealership, which has much to learn from their colleagues in Haute-Saône. Think carefully about the after-sales service if you make a purchase there. I think the young lady seriously needs to reread the job description in order to properly welcome customers. And madam, if you read the comment, yes, now I know how long it takes to unhinge the door: 30 minutes...

Hello. When I bought my used vehicle, it had a few faults. Eg: engine light that comes on after 5 days after receiving the vehicle, the high beams that come on or go off at any time, a battery change too (hybrid vehicle) etc etc.... So when you buy a vehicle and you pay a small amount of "road registration fees" I think that you shouldn't be bothered by several problems after a few days of receiving the vehicle. On the other hand, the reception staff to whom we describe our problems are very responsive and listen to our requests and explain well the methods or repairs put in place. Thank you.

The dealership and staff were very pleasant, professional, and efficient. Their understanding and responsiveness were truly commendable! It's a welcome change these days! I highly recommend them! (And even without hesitation...)
