Very bad experience, 1st time I just asked for a shell for my key that I know how to reassemble myself, the mechanic asked me for the key to see which case goes on it and came back with the key mounted in the new case, with the invoice that goes with it even though it was not what I had asked for. 2nd and last time, they broke a part while dismantling it, it was charged to me. I suppose that if my car falls off the bridge I will have to buy a new one? A very bad reception on top of that.

Extremely disappointed, a scam and a lack of humanity. The situation is that my car was in an accident, and they gave me a rough estimate of €3000. It was impossible to get a more thorough mechanical diagnosis, like removing the bumper... €3000 for a Peugeot 207? The worst part is that it only needs a fender, a hood, a bumper, and a radiator.

I am very dissatisfied with the services provided by this garage. On October 25, 2017, we purchased a used Citroën C5 with the registration number CW-631-WF. The conversation we had with the seller was recorded on my mobile phone because I don't speak French well and I wanted to translate it. The seller was repeatedly asked if the car had original components, requesting all invoices for repairs and maintenance work done on the car. We only received a few invoices for services performed while it was on the market. After a month of ownership, we noticed that the car had painted body panels. Following an email sent to Garage Escot, we also received some of our car repair invoices. These repairs were something I was unaware of when I bought the car. Garage Escot should have known by law that I was entitled to be informed of any problems the car had at the time of purchase and should not have concealed them to deceive me.

Work well done, sorry, no complaints, it's normal to have to wait a little while, he's all alone, thank you, good job, keep it up
