BE CAREFUL, these disreputable people take people, especially single or elderly women, for idiots. I wrongly thought that these people were helpful and honest. However, since my mishap in August, I discovered that profiteering and wordless managers allow themselves to use your personal vehicle before and after repairs for personal and private purposes, such as to reduce their fuel budget. In fact, when I took my car back after filling up, I noticed that it had lost two bars and that at least 150 km had been done! In addition, they changed brake pads that were not completely worn for €99 when they are worth €20 to compensate for their costs. And these gentlemen allow themselves to lecture you and reflect that they are not bankers to allow payment in installments for a sum of nearly €1,500! Furthermore, the son allows himself to insult my vehicle because it is too old, they need recent vehicles for more convenience, it is the height of irony for a so-called mechanic. A little respect for those who make you live and at what price ... A disgrace, poor France. NEVER AGAIN!

We've been having our cars serviced there for several years now, and we're increasingly disappointed. The staff aren't always pleasant and sometimes make inappropriate remarks to customers. They have trouble accepting payment plans, claiming "we need to set aside money in case of repairs." They question the customer's word. We'd already heard negative reviews, but we didn't believe them... unfortunately, our own experience confirms them.

We were welcomed like kings and served like princes. No doubt about it, they're incredible. Franck and Damien took such good care of us from beginning to end. I'd go back in a heartbeat. 🤩
