Amateur garage and I don't care. Appointment made for 5 p.m., no one arrived... 1 hour later, I was told that they couldn't do the alignment because it was missing a "notch", that a new part had to be put in... I decided to go to another garage to compare. There, no problem, alignment done and no part to change. Result: move on and run away.

While on vacation nearby, we had an unexpected problem with our car. We contacted this garage without an appointment. The owners were very responsive and very accommodating (loaning the car used by the mechanic) to find us a solution while we waited for the part. Repair done quickly and at a very affordable price. Thank you to them!

Very disappointing experience. I went to the automatic car wash to get my car washed. After 10 seconds, the wiper blade came loose and broke my rear wiper in two. I've never seen anything like it, and I'm used to washing my car with one. I went to see the garage owners, who, of course, refused to take any responsibility. There's no contact number for the company. Their customer service is nonexistent. I asked for at least my €10 back because the wash hadn't been done properly. The manager continued washing my car even though I asked her to stop. She went all the way to the drying stage, even though my car wasn't washed correctly. She didn't even give me €1 back. She left without warning during the drying process. They could have at least offered to repair the wiper blade with a discount on the labor... it's a garage, after all. Even if you refuse to take responsibility, installing this kind of machine on your property isn't very customer-friendly. In short, I ended up with one less windshield wiper and 10 euros down the drain. Very poor, even shameful.

A garage like this is the kind you wish you saw more often! Yesterday morning I had a battery problem, and the mechanic came an hour later to fix it at my home. The owners are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this garage.

Same problem as Laetitia: rear wiper ripped off during the wash. The garage manager immediately told me it was due to a faulty wiper and that, in any case, he wasn't insured for his automatic car wash. He offered to order me a wiper at cost price, even though the vehicle had just come from my mechanic and had its MOT (vehicle inspection) before being put up for sale. Avoid this place because if you have any problems, you'll be on your own or have to pay for the damage. Furthermore, the person was very arrogant and unpleasant. As I was leaving, he made sure to tell me that if I left a review on social media, as I had promised, I should be careful because it could lead to defamation and that it wouldn't end there. Everyone should form their own opinion, because I believe we are still free to speak the truth without being threatened with reprisals.
