This morning I came to the garage, I waited 45 minutes, there was Mr. Guillaume who was on the phone who seemed to be with friends, but no, not professional, did not come to see what I needed so I strongly advise anyone not to go to this garage where we do not work, but rather answer the phone with personal messages

The service was excellent and they were very attentive to the customer. I went to see them because of an intermittent problem with my air conditioning. They found the fault quickly and the repair was carried out the next day. I was able to get my car back promptly. From now on, I'll know where to go if I have any problems with my 2008. Efficient and professional—that's what best characterizes this Peugeot garage 👍

Great garage, excellent service. I came because the warning lights on my 308 were coming on. They diagnosed the fault very quickly and took the necessary steps to ensure I had no further problems. A very good experience.

Excellent garage, and thank you so much for your kindness. Your responsiveness is evident, as my vehicle was repaired quickly. I'm mentioning this for those who might assume you only repair Peugeots. Thanks again to the whole team.

Car dropped off for engine replacement in July, only picked up at the end of November. I understand it's not the fastest process, but still, 5 months of waiting!
Peugeot customer service asked me to open a support case with the garage to get the engine repair covered. The garage told me the case was rejected. I realized that the garage hadn't even submitted the request because they themselves decided it wouldn't be accepted due to "minor" delays in servicing, all of which was done at Peugeot. Which isn't entirely wrong, but shouldn't they have shown some compassion for the customer and still submit the case?
Fortunately, I insisted on putting together the case because in the end, they only covered 50% of the engine costs. Plus, the flywheel and clutch were replaced at the same time.
Once I got the car back, I realized there was a problem with the wheel alignment; the steering wheel was completely to the left even though I was driving straight. I took it to another garage, where they informed me that the wheels could have come off because the bolts weren't tightened properly (they confirmed this with a diagnostic check).
The conversation remained polite, but the customer service, in my opinion, was disappointing.
