Had my timing chain repaired here just over a year ago and apparently it has gone wrong again. My insurance only allows for 8 days for a rental car so I have had to give it back, I asked if peugeot if they had a car that I could loan to which they responded that I have to pay 30€ per day. It's not my fault that the car has broken down again and they have left me a single disabled mother with 3 children, 2 of which are disabled without transport to get to medical appointments that are necessary. I'm utterly disgraced with how they are dealing with this

So far so good! We’ll see by Tuesday if they have kept their promise to repair the car. Customer service way better than Citroen!

Perfect service, after getting a low-on-oil indication in our 308 (2012). Great and friendly help, including good advice, both on the front brakes as well as on the oil usage. They noticed an engine failure that needs attention. Thanks again for the help.

I was openly laughed at by the concessionaire.
It was no pleasure buying a vehicle from here, yes the car is fine but they cannot organise their way out of a paper bag. It took 3attempts to collect my car. There was always another reason why I could not take it away. " Have you brought proof of insurance?" no, but if you had told me, I could.
Clearly my French is not good enough. I accept that.
I am pleased the car I bought needs servicing very rarely.
