Very bad experience I was scammed, stolen... Following a vehicle breakdown on the highway, roadside assistance requested their intervention. My accessory belt was broken. And I always had a replacement accessory belt with me. The breakdown service, the owner, took us back to his garage and asked us if his mechanic would be willing to install the belt; he should arrive in fifteen minutes. Okay. After 30 minutes, he agreed to install the belt I provided. (But I didn't ask about the installation price because for a professional, it takes 15 minutes maximum.) Then the mechanic brought the truck back behind the workshop. We didn't see what he was doing. Half an hour later, the mechanic told us to go to the checkout and then told us 100 euros for labor. MERCEDES SPRINTES 2000 For those in the know, what are you lying about, showing an accessory belt? Starting Monday, I'll take the necessary action at the Chamber of Garage Owners and at VINCI. A garage to avoid and avoid.

Very disappointed with their breakdown service, I broke down with my vehicle, Citroën Assistance dispatched them, after 1 hour and 30 minutes still no one arrived, so I called them, they told me they hadn't seen the dispatch for assistance, they didn't come and sent another breakdown company, I obviously arrived late at Citroën so they could look at the vehicle "assistance dispatched at 1:45 pm, arrived at Citroën 19 kilometers from my home at 5:12 pm", I strongly advise against using them, luckily the breakdown service was at my home and not on the public road.

Quick and efficient service on the motorway. The breakdown service was very professional and reassuring during a stressful time. Special mention to the receptionist who greeted us; she was very kind and attentive and organized everything perfectly. Thank you for your help!

A deplorable experience on all levels. It took a week to order and change a tire, there was no one at reception for over an hour and a half when I went to pick up the vehicle, and the receptionist's behavior was unacceptable. Absolutely avoid this place.
