Run away from this dealership! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I bought a new vehicle in 2021 and now I have rusty alloy wheels. I even purchased an extended warranty. The dealership is offering to cover 50% of the repairs, despite the warranty. 05/11/2025 Addendum I formally dispute your statements. I have not received any calls from you – your comments are only intended to mitigate your responsibility in light of the Google reviews. The Citroën Customer Relations Center did offer me 85% of the €1454.96 repair cost, with 20% to be paid by me, i.e., €290.89. It is your dealership that has reduced the cost to 50%, i.e., €727.48, which I am responsible for. Furthermore, the anti-corrosion warranty, I remind you, is for 6 years – you must acknowledge this for new vehicles. I called this morning and left a message – no response. I sent you registered letters, but received no reply, to try and find an amicable solution.

The management of this dealership is a joke, incompetent staff, 10 weeks that we wait to be contacted for the collection of our vehicle, then an appointment made at 8:45 for an employee who only arrives at 9:00 in a completely relaxed manner without the slightest excuse and finally the planned loan vehicle is not available! So a morning wasted and therefore a half day of rest taken for nothing.

Between a poorly executed photo inspection that forced me to go back to the assessor's office and therefore take another half-day off work, an absent secretary who doesn't allow her colleagues to manage the bodywork schedule, and the refusal of a courtesy car even though it's included in my insurance policy… in short, I'm giving it one star because zero isn't an option… I'm avoiding this dealership and absolutely do not recommend it.

Very bad experience with Citroën Dinan's telephone service. I called several times simply to make an appointment related to a service reminder. Three times in a row, as soon as I said the words "service reminder", the person transferred me directly to another answering machine... without answer. The only time I said "I would like to make an appointment", I was answered, but as soon as I specified that it was a reminder, I was immediately transferred to the answering machine. More than 12 minutes wasted without ever getting an appointment. Finally, I called another Citroën and in 3 minutes my appointment was made. Unacceptable customer service at Citroën Dinan.

This is a dealership that takes care with its welcome, explanations about the work done, and the invoice. They even accompany you to your vehicle to remove the seat covers. This may seem obvious, but it's not such a common practice. I used to go to a dealership of the same brand in another city, and believe me, it wasn't the same at all.
