Called in on emergency whilst holidaying from UK. A road collision had damaged my wing mirror. Noone at the dealership spoke English and my French is next to non-existent however the lady on the counter was extremely helpful and between the two of us and Google translate, she was able to quote me for the work.

Passing through the area, we had a flat tire and called roadside assistance. Our vehicle was taken care of by the Beauvais garage. The new tire was available the next day. We received excellent service; there were five of us, and we were driven home by the roadside assistance team. The manager stayed beyond opening hours and was very kind. Our vehicle was ready first thing in the morning. Thank you.

A truly excellent garage. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, I was very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of everyone I met there. My repairs were covered by insurance, but I want to emphasize that their prices were the lowest I received compared to other garages. Importantly, this garage also services other makes and models. I will be delighted to entrust my new car to them with complete confidence.
