On this anniversary, I'd like to share this experience with you:
Two years ago, we arrived in Toul, where we were spending the holidays, after one of our dipped headlights failed on a road trip. The next day, at nightfall, the second one also failed. Luckily, we were near the Feu Vert auto parts store shortly before closing time. Buying the bulbs wasn't a problem, however, the staff categorically refused to change them (a 2-minute wait), citing the late hour of our arrival. In that pitch-black night, with sub-zero temperatures and children in the car, you can imagine the inhumanity of their approach. I should mention that I know how to change a bulb, but the procedure is meticulous on my vehicle, especially in complete darkness. So, we drove with our high beams on for 15 minutes until the next day to have them changed. And Merry Christmas from the team, by the way!

I came in for a headlight diagnostic. They called me over and told me it was my bulb, but that I'd have to order it because it wasn't available in the store. I picked it up, and the receptionist told me it was the bulb, and there was a misunderstanding after her explanation. I tried to fix it with my own bulb, then replaced it, but it turned out it wasn't my bulb, and they didn't even do a diagnostic because it would take too long since it's a xenon headlight. Completely unprofessional. My parents came in, and the car broke down shortly after... I don't recommend them, I won't be back, avoid them!

Very disappointed with my last experience there. I used to take my car in for oil changes, diagnostics, etc.
On Saturday the 23rd, I went to have my two front tires changed. I went home, everything was fine.
On Monday the 25th, coming back from Nancy, my car made a terrible noise on the highway.
Worried, I took it to the garage a week later (because everyone was on vacation).
The garage's diagnosis? The tires were poorly secured and barely held on. I can't imagine the disaster if the tire had come off or been damaged on the highway.
I'll never go back.

I had my air conditioning recharged, the system cleaned, and the cabin filter changed at the Feu Vert garage in Dommartin-les-Toul. Everything went very well; the entire package was carried out correctly, and I'm satisfied with the result. 👍
However, I asked for information about a trailer/caravan hitch for my Volkswagen Scirocco, and was told that it didn't exist for my model. After checking, it seems that a solution does exist for this vehicle. It's a shame it was the workshop manager who gave me this negative response. 🤔
So, very good work on the air conditioning 👌, but I have some doubts about the skills to advise on certain technical issues like towbars.
