Feedback from the Euromaster garage located in Essey-lès-Nancy: - Wednesday, October 12, I noticed my tire was flat. I inflated it and got back on the road. - Friday, October 14, the tire was flat again. I went to a very friendly Renault dealer who checked and found that the leak was coming from a hole near the sidewall. He told me he couldn't repair it, made a mark, and invited me to contact the Siligom garage. I contacted them, and they told me the vehicle had to be immobilized for four hours for the repair. A difficult time for me. - Saturday, October 13, I went to Carter Cash, who were also very friendly but couldn't do this repair. A salesperson advised me to contact Euromaster. - Monday, October 15, I showed up at Euromaster's opening hours at 8:00 a.m. unannounced to show the tire and get their opinion. The boss told me to bring the car to the shop for inspection, and the employee decided to immediately perform the hot repair by installing a mushroom cap. The repair was completed in 20 minutes flat for €40! For a tire that costs €220 and has only 4,000 km on it, I'm very satisfied. After a week, I haven't had any loss of pressure, and it's impeccable! I thank this garage; they truly deserve praise for their work and their availability.

A disastrous experience at Euromaster. I had booked an appointment for a simple front tire change, and upon arrival, I explicitly asked to walk around the vehicle with the employee to show him the impeccable condition of my rims. We checked them together, and he confirmed they were perfectly fine. Once the service was completed, I paid, and the employee again confirmed that everything was in order. Fortunately, I checked myself before leaving… and discovered a chip on one of my rims, clearly in the clear coat, absolutely impossible to mistake for “glue,” as they tried to tell me. When I pointed out the problem, the employee denied it, then said that “it must have already been there.” His colleague even told him he should have taken a picture if that had been the case! So I asked for the manager, who admitted that their usual scratches “don’t look like that,” but completely refused to take responsibility. No solution, no support, no consideration: I was simply told to file a claim with my insurance and that he would deal with it "with his." Then he left. Very poor service, a complete lack of professionalism, and above all, no consideration for the customer, even when the evidence was clear and a vehicle inspection had been carried out just before the service. This bad faith is unacceptable. I will be taking action with the head office. I strongly advise against using this center for anyone wishing to entrust their vehicle to them.

I was here last Thursday, without an appointment, and with a leaking tire due to a piece of metal in it. The tire was repaired within 20 minutes. They also tested the pressure on the other tires. Thank you for that. Kind regards,

Very, very warm welcome from the manager. Fast service. Customer service is attentive. Professionally checked the condition of my trailer bulbs. I highly recommend them.
