Hello 👋 I know this Croissant garage well, I knew Father Jean or Jeannot well as we would call him at the time with his American army tow truck, if I remember correctly I saw him checking the sowing with this incredible tow truck, it always fascinated me when he could stop to drink his little coffee, Mrs Croissant father, incredibly kind.

A scammer's garage, a thief, and a professional liar. After a mechanical breakdown, my vehicle was repaired by a first breakdown company. It was dropped off at the Croissant garage, which we've all known for decades. They helped me out and took my vehicle to another garage because they weren't qualified to repair it. So far, so good, but the garage where it was dropped off told me the tire was torn on the sidewall. Of course, they blamed the first company. They towed the vehicle, put it on the lift, and didn't notice a torn tire on the sidewall. A lie from the son. This gentleman finally agreed to change my tires, only to change his mind 10 times. They now want to change one tire and charge nearly €300 for the second one. According to them, the tires were 80% worn. Whatever. They punctured my tire, lied, blamed other honest people. Finding excuses... what's more, this gentleman is threatening me, wanting to block my car if the second tire is not paid for. Change a tire so that he can puncture another one. No thanks. So I changed the tires at my own expense. Shameful on the part of this garage which has been there for decades. Monitor the condition of your car at the entrance to this garage

My car was towed to this garage for a split tire on a Sunday morning. I got the tire a week later, and the garage charged me over €50 for six days of car storage!!! I was presented with the fact that I was charged these fees when I went to pick up the vehicle. No one notified me, despite several contacts. This is a SCAM!!! AVOID this garage!

Fast repair with battery replacement on site, with a repairman who explained everything to me very well. Thank you very much!

Incredibly unprofessional. Where to begin? I arrived at the garage at 10:30 am for roadside assistance with a flat tire. At 11:00 am, I contacted reception (since nothing seemed to be happening) to inform them that my vehicle was waiting. Apparently, no one was aware of this. The receptionist's response regarding the wait time was: "I don't know." A few minutes later, I received a "definitely not this afternoon," even though no action had been taken to order my tires. At 11:50 am, the receptionist finally picked up the phone to order tires. The price was exorbitant. The tires didn't arrive until 4:00 pm (as part of roadside assistance). Upon the tires' arrival, I asked again about the wait time. The response: "I don't know, what are they saying downstairs?" At 4:00 PM sharp... uh, 4:30 PM, sorry, a mechanic finally decided to take on the vehicle. At 4:45 PM, the workshop was empty, and my two half-fitted tires were waiting. The receptionist didn't know where the mechanic had gone; maybe he went home to get some water??!!??? They made sure to charge me for the tires before mounting them because the reception closed at 5:30 PM sharp! I decided to wait in front of the vehicle, hoping to run into a mechanic. At 5:40 PM, a mechanic returned from a breakdown service call, and I informed him of the vehicle's existence. At 6:00 PM, my two tires were mounted for the modest sum of €230. In short, if you want to get ripped off...
