The bill was initially quoted at €1700, but by the time we got to the till, it had risen to almost €1900. They made a change without asking our opinion, thinking they were "doing the right thing," but this only increased the bill further. We didn't have a choice of garage at that point; it was the only one available during the holiday season (which raises some questions). They insisted on paying by card, offering no payment plan!

Beware of scammers!
I went to this garage because a simple engine light was on. After their "diagnosis," they told me the engine needed replacing—nothing less!
Luckily, I sought a second opinion elsewhere... The result: it was only the oil pressure sensor that needed replacing, a part costing a few dozen euros.
Frankly, charging for an entire engine for such a simple problem is unacceptable.
Avoid this garage; there's no trust; they're clearly taking advantage of people who don't know anything about mechanics.

Top Garage!
We bought our large C4 Picasso from them, and there's nothing to complain about! It's immaculate.
The mechanics and secretaries are very pleasant, professional, and attentive to our needs! I highly recommend this garage.
They've gained a new customer because I wouldn't hesitate to have my car serviced there again!

What a relief to have found a mechanic with genuine expertise and, what's more, a receptionist whose welcoming manner and reliability make all the difference. She never forgets to call back if she promised. It's truly a pleasure.

Hello, I urgently needed to replace the airbags on my son's C3 due to the problem. The response was excellent, they were very pleasant, and their responsibility was top-notch – what more can I say! A welcome change from the big garages for this airbag issue!
