I have just had a very bad experience of this garage.
The alternator and belt needed replacing. My garage in the UK quoted £260. These bandits took me for €1,100 - and then charged me €200 for the battery! I had to pay because I wanted my car back and my French was not good enough to argue.
Having paid the outrageous bill I said goodbye and returned to the car. There were bits of trim in the boot and on the floor. Bits that they could easily have replaced but couldn't be bothered to. A mechanic could do this in two minutes but I could have fumbled for half an hour. A grumpy mechanic eventually did it after much shrugging of the shoulders. I said goodbye again and got into the car.
As soon as I turned on the ignition, I found the 'Multi Function Display' was not working. This is a key bit of kit showing lots of useful information, and had been working perfectly before. I dragged the mechanic back and pointed this out. I'm not sure what he said but it sounded like 'I hadn't noticed' and 'if it's not a Renault how should I know? Anyway he said a few more words before driving off for ten minutes and coming back having achieved nothing. Eventually I fixed it and after a third goodbye we were off.
NOT RECOMMENDED. Certainly not to English visitors. I shall never return to France.

My radio unit malfunctioned, and the staff spent a lot of time on my vehicle to determine the cause of the problem. They were very persistent.
Thank you for your perseverance and professionalism.

Their mechanics excel in incompetence, incapable of making a proper diagnosis. They're only good at replacing parts (not always the right ones) to inflate the bill, no doubt damaging other parts in the process. We're dealing with the kings of automotive fraud, congratulations.
