This garage is relatively expensive (labor + parts).
Furthermore, every time I call to order a simple part, the owner seems to use the same old computer glitch as an excuse to avoid having to look up the requested parts in her system... a few minutes wasted for just a few euros worth of parts, it's not worth it, is it?
This garage should really rethink its approach in today's competitive market and, above all, try to improve its courtesy and availability!

Happy with the speed, but disappointed by the dirtiness of my car; the original grey carpet has turned dark black, even the plastic trim. Disappointed about that.

You shouldn't have any problems to fix on your vehicle... Otherwise, they know how to change brake pads.
