I thank the boss of Garage DUCEAU Citroën who came and took the time necessary to carry out a diagnosis with the suitcase on my motorhome which was located at Fiat in Le Mans🤬🤬 Please note for information it remains exceptional that he came so far from his garage, Thanks to him, very persistent and competent (Arnaud) in order to thank him, I decided to have my motorhome towed at my expense again with Fabien from ABP72 and to transfer it directly to Fresnay sur Sarthe at Garage DUCEAU who acted in a very professional manner and who understands the distress of being broken down with a 7.40m motorhome. Rather than a mixed reception at FIAT le MANS 👎😱🤯 telling me that they will not be able to make a DIAGNOSIS for 1 month or even 1 month and a half, unacceptable and inconceivable for a motorhome owner, broken down 300 km from home.

Thank you to the owner of Garage DUCEAU who took excellent care of my motorhome. After traveling to Le Mans to perform a diagnostic, he was very professional and persistent in analyzing the problem. I decided to have my 7.40m motorhome towed again by ABP72 to Fresnay-sur-Sarthe. Thank you to Fabien and Arnaud for their professionalism and kindness.

Our campervan broke down while leaving for vacation in early August.
It broke down on Monday at 2:00 p.m. The owner finished a vehicle and immediately investigated the problem. He ordered the part and received it the next morning. He rescheduled other appointments to give us priority, and we were there at 11:00 a.m.!

I highly recommend! The owner was unfailingly professional and legendary for his friendliness. Outside of business hours, he agreed to see me after a vehicle issue that was preventing me from driving. The problem was resolved in less than 24 hours.
