Informed upon arrival that the part hadn't arrived.
It's a timing belt kit that's been scheduled for a few weeks, and no one called to let me know—a real lack of professionalism.
In the past, they refused to fit a tire from another supplier and charged for an AdBlue refill without asking. It's a shame, because this garage can be accommodating (I bought a BPGA kit to do it myself), and the workshop is otherwise reputable.

A welcoming garage with a good selection of used cars. The staff is helpful and takes the time to answer any questions you might have before buying a vehicle. Thanks to Tony for his patience and professionalism. A great garage that I recommend.

A very bad phone experience with the Citroën dealership in Fruges.
During a simple exchange regarding the purchase of a vehicle (comparison between an ë-C3 and an MG4), I was subjected to completely inappropriate remarks. I was told that if I wanted to buy Chinese, I should "go live in China."
I find this discriminatory and disrespectful: I am free to compare offers on the automotive market.
This is not a professional way to treat a potential customer, nor does it reflect a serious image for the Citroën brand.
