What a disappointment! After my call, they confirmed the 15% discount for professionals (maintenance and tire changes). I made an appointment, and the next day, they told me there was no discount for professionals, just like across the rest of the "real" Renault network, and that they still set their own prices as franchisees. So why did they quote me a price and make me come in?
Furthermore, there's no price displayed on a new vehicle, and I have to come back the next day to ask the manager for the price! It's unbelievable!
No better than the "real" Renault dealership in Laxou; I've never had a problem there.

A few years ago, I had a problem with the power steering pump on my vehicle. I took it to them for repairs. They patched it up, re-welded the belt pulley. 850 EUROS for the repair. JANIN is a crook, a bandit. I was an idiot; I should have taken him to court... But it's not a lost cause; I hold a grudge and I don't forget. STAY AWAY. I could have given them zero stars, and I would have. Run from this crook!
