Absolutely perfect! I recently purchased a car through this dealership, and being from the Paris region, everything was organized perfectly on schedule, with all my questions answered promptly. On the day of delivery, my TGV train was almost two hours late! Perrine picked me up at the station at 6:15 pm, and her colleague Stephanie was also waiting to take delivery, all with a smile despite the late hour! The car was in excellent condition. Very professional communication from start to finish. A few minor issues with the vehicle were resolved remotely without any problems by Romain, who was responsive and allowed me to continue driving by authorizing the repair.

I bought this used car entirely online (due to the distance from Les Sables d'Olonne). I wasn't exactly proud of myself, as it was my first time, but the initial phone contact was very positive.
Once I arrived, the car was in exceptional condition: the interior and exterior were spotless, the rims looked brand new, the brake discs and pads had been replaced, it had passed its roadworthiness test with flying colors, etc.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my travel constraints.
The car presentation was thorough and detailed, with attentive service and no stress from the time spent on it.
In short, a Renault dealership just the way I like them: serious and professional.

Very bad experience, terrible service. Vehicle dropped off on June 10th due to a loss of power, restricted to 50 km/h. Vehicle picked up today, invoice of €730 paid and after payment we were told that the fault has not been repaired. Garage to absolutely avoid.
