Absolutely perfect! I recently purchased a car through this dealership, and being from the Paris region, everything was organized perfectly on schedule, with all my questions answered promptly. On the day of delivery, my TGV train was almost two hours late! Perrine picked me up at the station at 6:15 pm, and her colleague Stephanie was also waiting to take delivery, all with a smile despite the late hour! The car was in excellent condition. I bought this used car entirely online (due to the distance from Les Sables d'Olonne). I wasn't exactly proud of myself, as it was my first time, but the initial phone contact was very positive.
Once I arrived, the car was in exceptional condition: the interior and exterior were spotless, the rims looked brand new, the brake discs and pads had been replaced, it had passed its roadworthiness test with flying colors, etc.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my travel constraints.
The car presentation was thorough and detailed, with attentive service and no stress from the time spent on it.
In short, a Renault dealership just the way I like them: serious and professional.
