Appointment at 9:00 AM to have two new tires fitted, purchased online and delivered to the Feuillade garage.
A 1 hour 45 minute wait, no explanation for this record fitting time, other than that "they're big tires, so it takes longer," no offer of coffee or anything else, and a badly damaged bolt on the left rear wheel.
I tried to start a conversation about the magnificent 2CV that sits in the middle of the reception area, but received no response.
Honestly, given this garage's history and reputation, I expected a different, warmer welcome, even if the service requested was minimal.
Positive points: The two rims were cleaned, and the receptionist accompanied me to the workshop so I could check the tires' condition before fitting.

I am very unhappy with this garage. I took my brand new Citroën C3 in for its first one-year service, which includes an oil change and 15 vehicle checks. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and picked it up at 12:00 PM, having booked the appointment three weeks in advance. It's outrageous! Four hours for a simple oil change? And as for communication, there's nothing. They don't even warn you that there will be a delay. Avoid this garage for maintenance at all costs!

Back from vacation, an alternator failure forced us to call for assistance. Unfamiliar with the area, we let ourselves be guided by the tow truck driver, who professionally towed us safely to Tony Feuillade's garage. We thank the entire team, especially Mr. Feuillade, for allowing us to be helped in less than 24 hours...
