It's not what it used to be!
Billing error: 2 tires were billed instead of 4. Receptionist too busy on her phone and vaping. More than a month later, the person called me to inform me of their "human" error.
No apologies, no questioning!
At reception, only the young receptionist is responsible for her position. Friendly, caring, pleasant. Thank you, Madam, for upholding the values of Profil + and the Laguerre Group.
Mechanic's diagnosis: increase alignment and change rear brake pads. Wrong, completely wrong! The brake pads were far from worn. Be careful, they're pushing you to consume more. Always more... excessive consumption. I was far from thinking that Profil + also had this nasty flaw.
Lack of professionalism during this summer period! Lack of resources? Train young people; they'll do the job with exemplary results.
Very disappointed by this experience, even though I am an honest customer and a good payer.

I broke down, had two flat tires, and a battery on the eve of leaving on vacation. Despite being fully booked, they squeezed me in between two customers, requesting authorization for everything they did each time.
The staff was professional, serious, friendly, understanding, and caring.
I highly recommend them and will return. I found people I can trust with my cars.
