The staff is very pleasant and attentive, and the service is good.
The day before, I was told I would have a loaner car, which I ultimately didn't receive. The mechanic dropped me off at my workplace, and I appreciated the service. I think the prices are reasonable, not excessive.

The welcome was very professional and friendly (both receptionists were smiling and dedicated to finding solutions). The mechanic was professional, helpful, and very understanding. He didn't push for unnecessary purchases. There's a real quality of service at this garage, and I was genuinely pleased. Thank you to them!

My vehicle was repaired in December for €2300 to replace the injectors and starter. 1000km later, the injectors, even though installed, leaked and flooded the valve cover and starter. The garage closed quietly, leaving no recourse. I had it repaired again at another garage, and that's when the real shock hit: one of the injectors, incorrectly calibrated, had punctured a piston. It melted, and residue got into the turbocharger, killing it. In total, considering all the damage, I'm looking at a complete engine replacement. This garage must be held up as an example of theft. A year of incessant repairs on a vehicle purchased used under warranty. 3,000 Euros in repairs of all kinds. That alone is not normal. But on top of that, they refuse to cover their own warranty. This man is selling hot air, a scam! My insurance's legal protection will have the last word, in court if necessary, in 2 years if necessary, but in the meantime, the public must know that they are scoundrels.
