Already a customer, I trusted you with complete confidence. When I brought it into the workshop, you told me about a gearbox problem. It cost €3,000 to replace it. Two hours later, you told me the diagnosis was more serious: the automatic control unit was broken. The repair cost €7,000! "You can no longer drive or return to Orléans. It's better to buy another one. This one will be scrapped; I can take it back for €500."
I asked for other opinions. They were unanimous. No brains on this model! The gearbox is €500 in the catalog with the labor estimate coming to €1,500. The repair was done at the quoted price. I drive it without any discomfort or driving issues. I can only respond and explain the situation to people who ask me why I don't have my vehicle! With serious health problems, I'm having great difficulty recovering from this shock, which left me helpless, destitute, without a car with its value, and without the money to manage an extremely urgent situation or to get around.
